1. Our Commitment

At Opes Labels (Opes Creations Pvt Ltd), we stand behind every product we sell. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will make it right — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product significantly differs from its description.

Non-returnable items: opened packs (unless defective), custom or special-order labels, and items damaged due to incorrect printer settings.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Email opeslabels@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98201 05363.
  3. Include your order number and a photo/video of the issue.
  4. We will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Replacements are dispatched within 24 hours of approval.
  • Razorpay refunds may take an additional 5–7 days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost. For other eligible returns, the customer bears return shipping charges.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible — please initiate a return instead.
